Vitex Decks
Vitex is a hardwood typically sourced from the Solomon Islands. It is a creamy olive grey colour, the most natural looking timber. It bleeds less than Kwila.
Vitex is extremely strong and a great hardwood option. It will slowly weather over time to a light grey colour. We recommend coating the timber with a penetrating oil or stain when first laid to enhance the life of your new deck.
KS Fence & Deck use stainless steel screws. We use sustainably sourced A-grade decking timbers.
